1 on 1 Coaching with your Holistic Nutrition Coach
Here’s a snippet of what you will get with personalized nutrition coaching. Each package comes with 1 on 1 coaching sessions with me where we discuss your health goals and your concerns. We meet once a week via phone call, Skype, email or in person, depending on location. The first session typically lasts an hour and all others are usually around half an hour. To begin, I send you a couple questionnaires to fill out and I review them before our first session. During our first session, I get to know you better and gather a better understanding of a day in your life. Together, we work on a plan to get you to your goals! I believe in the healing power of real foods. There is no perfect diet, health is unique to each of us and I help you find what works exactly for you! This is not a strict diet or change that works great for a few weeks but is not sustainable. We work slowly, implementing small changes each week that encourage new, healthy habits that you can take with you and incorporate daily into your life! I work on a holistic level, taking into account your lifestyle, stress levels, sleep, and emotions. I have worked with many clients with different health goals and am confident you will notice many changes!
Introductory [4 weeks]
In 4 weeks, I can’t promise you will reach your health goals but I will get you on the right track! I will put together a plan for you and guide you in the right direction. During this time, we will figure out what works and what doesn’t work for you. You will gain a much better understanding of your body and know what do work on to reach your ultimate goals!
Uniquely You [8 weeks]
Depending on your goal, I have worked with clients who have reached their goals in this time! I will put together a plan for you and over the next 8 weeks we will continue to add and tweak, uniquely for you. You will gain a much better understanding of you body and food and have many new tools and habits to keep up your sustainable health goals!
All Inclusive [12 weeks]
In 12 weeks, you will notice major changes in your body. You will grow a much better understanding of what affects your body and health based off your lifestyle and environment. Weekly, we tweak your plan to find exactly what works for you and I am confident you will see major, long lasting changes. I encourage you and guide you along the way. You leave with the knowledge and tools to continue your new healthy, sustainable habits and will have all the resources to create a healthy environment for you and your whole family!
