Green Kale & Eggs


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 large handfuls of chopped kale
  • 2 eggs
  • pinch of pink himalayan or celtic salt
  • pinch of black pepper
  • pinch of paprika

Instructions

  1. Boil 2 eggs in a saucepan
  2. While your eggs are boiling…
  3. Heat your olive oil over medium heat in a pan
  4. Add your kale and salt and sautee for a few minute until lightly softened and the edges turn golden
  5. Transfer your kale to a small serving bowl and add your finished eggs
  6. Add paprika and pepper to taste
