Ingredients

Scale
  • Heaping cup or 1 ¼ cup pitted dates
  • 1 tbsp raw cacao powder
  • 3 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 12 tsp (sweet preference) raw honey
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • a pinch of celtic sea salt
  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut

Topping

  • Pepitas (pumpkin seeds), finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients minus your toppings in a food processor and mix until combined
  2. Using your hands, roll your dough into balls
  3. Roll them in the pepitas
  4. Makes about 14 balls
  5. Keep in fridge to snack on during the week!
