Homemade Granola

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup dessicated coconut
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • pinch of himalayan/celtic salt
  • 1.5 cup almonds
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 2 cups pitted dates
  • 1 tbsp+ maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor and pulse a few times until finely chopped
  2. Store in a glass jar in the fridge for 2-3 weeks
  3. Enjoy on top of yogurt, smoothies, or in a bowl with milk and berries
