Ingredients
Scale
- 2 apples, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup filtered water
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
- 2 tsp pure maple syrup
Toppings
- small handful walnuts, chopped
- cinnamon
- chia seeds
- oats
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, add water and apples, cover and bring to a light boil.
- Once boiling, take lid off and bring to a simmer.
- Add the rest of your ingredients minus the toppings and stir until combined.
- Simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Add to a bowl and add your toppings
- Enjoy!
