Buttermilk Ranch Dressing

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 tbsp white vinegar (or lemon juice)
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1.5 cups mayo (i like chosen foods=entire jar)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp himalayan salt
  • 2 heaping tsp dried parsley flakes

Instructions

To make buttermilk:

  1. Mix vinegar and milk together in a bowl, set aside for 5 minutes.

For dressing:

  1. Combine mayo, garlic and onion powder, salt and parsley flakes, mix.
  2. Once combined, slowly mix in buttermilk.
  3. Eat immediate or store in fridge for up to 3-4 weeks.
