- 1 heaping tbsp peanut butter (or nut butter alternative)
- 1 scoop collagen-optional
- 1/2 tbsp raw cacao powder
- 1 scoop protein powder (plain whey, vanilla, or vegan)
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1 cup ice
- 1 cup filtered water
