Peanut Butter Blueberry Smoothie

I crave this peanut butter blueberry smoothie. Especially after a workout.

It is soooo creamy, satiating and leaves you feeling satisfied every time.

Health Benefits:

The ingredients in this smoothie leave you feeling great because of their health benefits!

  • Blueberries-also known as a brain superfood because their antioxidant compounds improve brain functioning and memory
  • Collagen-to nourish and smooth the gut lining for better digestion and absorption of minerals
  • Raw cacao-to calm the nerves in the body, reduce anxiety and improve energy
  • Plain yogurt-to bring beneficial bacteria back to the gut

To Make:

Simply add all your ingredients to a high powered blender, blend and enjoy!

Ingredients
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 heaping tbsp peanut butter (or nut butter alternative)
  • 1 scoop collagen-optional
  • ½ tbsp raw cacao powder
  • 1 scoop protein powder (plain whey, vanilla, or vegan)
  • ½ cup plain yogurt
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 cup filtered water
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients in a high powdered blender.
