1–2 lbs skirt, flank or flat iron steak
16 oz salsa
2 cans black beans, or 3 cups previously cooked beans
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp paprika
2 tsp chili powder
salt and pepper to taste
optional: side of rice
Place all ingredients, minus the rice in crockpot.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 2-4 hours
Once cooked, slice steak thin and add back to the crockpot
Stir until all the ingredients are combined. Add on top of a bed of cooked rice.
