1/2 cup frozen banana

1 cup frozen blueberries (or other berry)

1 cup raw milk or plant based milk

Optional toppings:

raw cacao

goji berries

bee pollen

sliced banana and berries

granola

coconut

raw honey


Instructions

Blend ingredients in a high processed blender

Scoop into a wide bowl
