2 eggs
3/4 cup almond flour

1/2 cup chopped dill pickles, look for non dye pickles
1 tsp dill weed powder
Pinch of pepper

Instructions

To make the fries:

Soak potatoes in a large bowl of water for 30 min

Pat dry, place in a single layer (will need to do multiple batches) in air fryer

Air fry for 12 min at 380 degrees, shake fries half way through

They are complete when golden and crispy!

To Make Fish:

In a shallow bowl, mix the flour with the spices and salt

Place beaten eggs in another bowl

Place breadcrumbs in a third bowl

Pat fish dry with a paper towel

Dredge fish first in flower, then egg, finally with the breadcrumbs

When all the fish is completely covered, spray air fryer and fish with avocado oil

Place fish in a single layer in the air fryer

Air fry at 400F, turning or shaking bowl half way through, cook for a total of 10-12 minutes

It is complete when the fish is golden brown and you can stick a fork through and it feels flaky
