Easy Kids Strawberry Smoothie

Ingredients

1 banana

2 cups strawberries, frozen

1/2 cup kefir, can sub yogurt

1 small chunk raw ginger (1/2 tsp), can omit, but highly recommend!*

1 cup filtered water

1 capsule liver supplement, opened *optional

1 tsp camu camu powder, optional


Instructions

Add all ingredients to a high powered blender. Mix and pour into your favorite glass with some fun toppings! We love to top with coconut shreds for the kids or bee pollen for the adults. Enjoy!

Notes

*Cut up ginger and keep chunks in the freezer for easy smoothies!
