Ingredients
1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs (can sub gluten free or regular breadcrumbs)
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
1/4 cup milk of choice
1/2 pound ground pork (can sub ground beef)
1/2 pound ground beef
2 cloves garlic, chopped (can sub 1/2 tsp garlic powder)
2 eggs
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 onion, chopped (can sub 1/2 tsp onion powder)
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp worcestershire sauce (optional, but recommended)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees farenheit.
In a large mixing bowl, mix all ingredients together. Mixing with your hands mixes it well!
Let the mixture sit for 5-10 minutes.
Lay a parchment paper or silicone cover on a baking sheet and add scooped and rounded meatballs to the pan, balls should be roughly 2 tbsp each.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
Serve on top of spaghetti noodles and sauce, if desired!
