Ingredients

- 12 ounces fluid thin noodles, cooked & drained*
- ¼ cup organic tamari
- 2 tbsp raw honey or stevia
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 3 tbsp pure sesame oil
- sprinkle of hot chilis
- 4 tbsp avocado oil
- 4 whole green onions, sliced
- a large handful of fresh arugula
optional
- grass-fed beef, sliced thin or ground, or sliced chicken
Instructions
- Cook your noodles and meat, if using.
- Whisk all sauce ingredients (except green onions) together in a bowl.
- Pour sauce over warm noodles and toss to coat.
- Sprinkle with green onions and toss.
- Serve over a bed of arugula & your favorite protein
- *Look for noodles made out of healthier ingredients such as: einkorn, beans, chickpeas or quinoa
