Arugula & Sesame Noodles

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces fluid thin noodles, cooked & drained*
  • ¼ cup organic tamari
  • 2 tbsp raw honey or stevia
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 3 tbsp pure sesame oil
  • sprinkle of hot chilis
  • 4 tbsp avocado oil
  • 4 whole green onions, sliced
  • a large handful of fresh arugula

optional

  • grass-fed beef, sliced thin or ground, or sliced chicken

Instructions

  1. Cook your noodles and meat, if using.
  2. Whisk all sauce ingredients (except green onions) together in a bowl.
  3. Pour sauce over warm noodles and toss to coat.
  4. Sprinkle with green onions and toss.
  5. Serve over a bed of arugula & your favorite protein
  6. *Look for noodles made out of healthier ingredients such as: einkorn, beans, chickpeas or quinoa
