Ingredients
Scale
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 large spoonfulls plain yogurt*
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- dash of himalayan salt
Instructions
- Mix ingredients well
- Let sit for 15 minutes or overnight in the fridge
- Top with berries!

*We use White Mountain Foods Yogurt. You can also sub for dairy free yogurt
