Easy Chia Pudding


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 large spoonfulls plain yogurt*
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • dash of himalayan salt

Instructions

  1. Mix ingredients well
  2. Let sit for 15 minutes or overnight in the fridge
  3. Top with berries!

*We use White Mountain Foods Yogurt. You can also sub for dairy free yogurt
