Ingredients

- 1 cup pitted dates, soaked in water for 5 minutes
- 1 cup mixed nuts*
- 1/4 cup seeds
- 1 tbsp raw cacao powder
- 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 2 heaping tbsp nut butter
- pinch of himalayan salt
Instructions
- Soak dates in a bowl of water for about 5 minutes
- While they are soaking, add the rest of ingredients to a food processor and pulse until combined
- Add dates and keep pulsing until a more dough like consistency is formed
- Transfer to a rectangular pan and push down to set with a spatula
- Freeze for a few minutes to harden before cutting bars
- Keep in fridge for 1-2 weeks
Notes
*Use whatever mix nuts you like here! We usually use: almonds, brazil nuts, walnuts, cashews, peanuts and pistachios,
For the nut butter, we usually use peanut butter.
The mixed seeds-I like to use pumpkin seeds.
