- 4 cups Cold-pressed or fresh-pressed, unfiltered apple juice
- 1 crisp apple, thinly sliced
- 1 orange, sliced
- ½ tsp cardamom
- ¼ tsp allspice
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- 1 cinnamon stick
- pinch of cloves
Instructions
- In a large sauce pan, bring apple juice, sliced apple and orange, and spices to a low boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally until the flavors combine, about 5-10 minutes. Serve warm!
- *This makes 2-3 servings, if serving Thanksgiving morning you may want to double or triple the recipe!*
