1.5 banana, sliced
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (like Guittard brand) *can also sub milk chocolate chips!
Generous sprinkle of coconut flakes
Instructions
Spread sliced bananas on a sheet pan lined with parchment or silicone paper.
Next, melt chooclate chips in the microwave (for the easy version) for 30 seconds.
Stir with a spoon, then melt again in the microwave for 30 seconds. Mix until smooth.
Use a spoon to spread melted chocolate on top of bananas, no perfection needed!
Sprinkle chocolate bananas with coconut flakes.
Freeze for 1-2 hours. Yum!
