  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  • 2 large spoonfuls plain yogurt*

  • ½ cup milk of choice

  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • Dash of Himalayan salt

*Dairy-free yogurt works perfectly too!


Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients thoroughly until well combined.

  • Let it sit for at least 15 minutes, or refrigerate overnight for a thicker, creamier pudding.

  • Top & enjoy with fresh berries, fruit, or your favorite toppings!
