Easy Chia Pudding
Easy Chia Pudding — Creamy, Healthy & Simple to Make
This chia pudding has quickly become a favorite breakfast (and snack!) in our house — and a big reason is my little guy, Asher. A few months ago, I was looking for something healthy that Asher could enjoy alongside me, and this recipe was a total win. He loves helping me stir the chia seeds and picking his favorite fruit toppings — it’s one of our sweetest little routines together. 💛
Why You’ll Love this Easy Chia Pudding
Chia seeds are tiny powerhouses — packed with omega‑3s, fiber, and antioxidants that support heart health, digestion, and even glowing skin. This pudding is sweet enough to feel like a treat but clean enough for everyday enjoyment.
Ingredients in Easy Chia Pudding
-
2 tbsp chia seeds
-
2 large spoonfuls plain yogurt*
-
½ cup milk of choice
-
1 tbsp pure maple syrup
-
½ tsp vanilla extract
-
Dash of Himalayan salt
Swap in dairy-free yogurt if you prefer.
Instructions
-
Mix everything together in a bowl or jar until the chia seeds are evenly distributed.
-
Let it rest for about 15 minutes (or pop it in the fridge overnight) to thicken.
-
Top & serve with fresh berries, sliced banana, granola, nuts, or whatever Asher chooses that day — he’s always my little chef!
Tips for the Best Texture
-
Stir again after a few minutes if you notice any clumping — this keeps the pudding smooth as it sets.
-
For extra creaminess, use a richer milk like coconut or oat.
-
Adjust sweetness to taste — start small and add more if needed.
This simple chia pudding is definitely a healthy treat. Whether you’re meal-prepping for the week or looking for a wholesome breakfast on the go, it’s sure to become a favorite in your home too.
