Postpartum Herbal Tea for Recovery, Milk Supply, and Nourishment


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tablespoon nettle
  • 1 tablespoon oatstraw
  • 1 teaspoon–1 tablespoon raspberry leaf (you can go lighter here)

 


Instructions

  • Add nettle, oatstraw, and red raspberry leaf to a large heat-safe jar or bowl.
  • Pour 1 quart (4 cups) of boiling water over the herbs.
  • Cover and let steep for at least 4 hours, or overnight for a stronger infusion.
  • Strain well and discard herbs.
  • Sip throughout the day, warm or chilled. Store any extra in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
