I recently got back from a trip to Miami and I must say I am missing it’s beautiful beaches, sunshine and smoothies!
What I love about this tropical green protein smoothie (other than it reminding me of Miami and sunshine) is that it doesn’t make you crash like so many fruit smoothies. The protein and spinach in this fruity drink balance out the sweet from the mango and orange keeping your blood sugar levels stable and your stomach full.
The mangoes in this smoothie are full of enzymes that help break down the protein and improve digestion. They also lower bad cholesterol, clear skin, are great for eye health, and strengthen the immune system.
This is a smoothie we turn to often in the summer months. Try this tropical smoothie for breakfast tomorrow and let me know how it turned out for you!
