Pasture raised eggs are richer in nutrients compared to conventional eggs. They are full of vitamins A, B, D, E and omega 3 fatty acids. How to Make this Easy Healthy Omelette:
In a small bowl, whisk eggs
Sprinkle them with a large pinch of salt and pepper, mix once more
Bring a small skillet to high heat, once hot, add butter and spread evently
Immediately bring heat down to low/medium
Add spinach and saute for 2 minutes or until softened
Add eggs, let sit until bottom is cooked and doesn’t spread as easily
Once cooked on bottom, carefully lift the edges and turn over one side to meet with the other side
Continue to cook for about 2-3 minutes
Lay omelette on a plate and sprinkle with more greens and cheese, if desired
