Red Raspberry Leaf Tea Infusion

Preparing your body for labor doesn’t have to be complicated. This gentle herbal tea infusion blends the classic power of red raspberry leaf with nutrient-rich herbs and mild detox support — perfect for sipping your way toward a calmer, stronger labor.
This red raspberry leaf tea for pregnancy is one of my favorite ways to gently prepare the body for labor. Instead of relying on complicated routines, this simple herbal infusion nourishes, strengthens, and supports you in the final weeks.

Why Red Raspberry Leaf Tea is a Labor Prep Favorite
Red raspberry leaf has been a trusted herb for generations. It’s known to:
- Support uterine tone and strength
- Promote overall reproductive wellness
- Make late pregnancy feel a little smoother
Paired with nettles, lemon balm, and dandelion, this tea does double duty: nourishing your body and gently supporting detox pathways.

How to Make Red Raspberry Leaf Tea (Cold-Brew Method)
Cold-brewing is my favorite way to get all the nutrients and flavor without bitterness. This method gently extracts the nutrients and minerals from the herbs, creating a rich, nourishing labor prep herbal tea.
- Combine your herbs in a quart-sized jar or heat-safe pitcher.
- Pour just-off-boiling water (~200°F) over the herbs.
- Cover and let steep 6–12 hours (overnight works beautifully).
- Strain and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
You can sip it cold or gently warmed — heating 8–12 oz at a time keeps the flavor fresh.

How Much to Drink
Keep in mind: dandelion is diuretic, so enjoy in moderation.
Start with 1–2 cups per day.
In the last few weeks of pregnancy, you might increase to 3 cups/day (always check with your care provider).

Flavor Tips & Enhancements
- Honey: Smooths any bitterness
- Lemon: Brightens the infusion
