Isn’t this a pretty picture of chia pudding?
Well, behind this pretty picture is a grumpy little toddler sitting in his tank top and diaper wondering why he can’t have his pudding and throw mint leaves all around the room.
Trying to teach this boy some patience over here…
Asher and I love this easy chia pudding and often make it for breakfast! It is so delicious, creamy and sweet. Asher eats it because it tastes good and I love knowing the health benefits.
Chia seeds are rich in omega 3’s. These omegas are heart healthy, balance cholesterol and blood pressure and are anti-inflammatory. They aid in weight-loss and promote glowing, soft skin. I personally notice whenever I am low in this nutrient because my hands become cracked and rough.
This recipe is so easy. Simply add all your ingredients to a bowl or jar. Mix well and let sit for 10-15 minutes. Top with berries and enjoy! You can also leave it in the fridge for the next morning.
Here is a very happy Asher when I finally let him grab his pudding!
