I am a huge latte lover.
Coffee latte, chai latte, matcha latte, and now this. Turmeric latte.
Rich, creamy, and just a hint of indian spice. It’s perfection!
I started experimenting with turmeric when I learned the incredible anti-inflammatory health benefits of this spice.
Turmeric, a root that looks similar to ginger, has been used for 4000 years as a medicinal herb in India.
This herb is rich in a antioxidants, such as curcumin. This antioxidant is loaded with health benefits!
Curcumin has been proven to improve brain function and slow the aging process, lower the risk of heart disease, help prevent cancers and alzheimers, and improve arthritis and depression.
What a powerful nutrient!
