Do you love apple pie? I DO!
This EASY breakfast apple crumble reminds me of that delicious, warm apple pie we pull out of the oven on Thanksgiving morning. When the house smells amazing of warm spices and fall air.
Only, it doesn’t have to be autumn to make this dish.
And this bowl takes 13 minutes to make, is healthy, and a great breakfast or dessert!
To make:
In a medium saucepan, add water and apples, cover and bring to a light boil. Once boiling, take lid off and bring to a simmer. Add the rest of your ingredients minus the toppings and stir until combined. Simmer for about 5 minutes. Add to a bowl and add your toppings!
That’s it!
