This immune boosting peaches & cream smoothie is so dreamy! It is creamy, sweet, and had both my toddler boys asking for more. Not only do the ingredients in this smoothie boost your immune system, it also improves energy in the body. This is our go to smoothie when we are craving something a little sweet and fruity.
Health Benefits:
The immune boosting qualities present in this smoothie are pretty powerful. Both bee pollen and manuka honey help kill off harmful bacteria, both in the gut and in the mouth. This helps prevent stomach ulcers, calms digestive disorders and prevents tooth decay. Manuka honey also calms a sore throat. Growing up, anytime we had a sore throat my mom made us lemon honey tea. It instantly made our itchy throat feel better!
Hello energy! Bee pollen, which is a topper on this smoothie, is RICH in antioxidants, anti-inflammatory anti-cancer properties, and it’s B vitamin’s help the body create energy from food. I made the mistake of trying bee pollen for the first time on an evening and I must admit, it was not a good idea. I had way too much energy at midnight.
To make:
Blend all the ingredients in a blender, and top with bee pollen! So simple.
I usually do not give my little ones the bee pollen in their smoothie.
Enjoy!

Great post! The smoothie sounds tasty while also being nutritious. Anxious to try it. Any preferences on Manuka honey brands? I think Costco carries one.
